You upload media to your designated private folder and our dedicated team delivers human-reviewed output. Services are provided for registered clients in good standing.

2. Payment & Access

• Free trials are strictly limited to one unit per service.
• Following the trial, tasks require confirmed payment within your purchased quota or timeline.
• Unpaid or expired jobs remain queued securely until regularized.

3. Unacceptable Content

• Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes or false income claims.
• Incitement to violence or discrimination against groups.
• Explicit adult content.
• Content endangering or exploiting minors.
• Severe illegal activity, direct harassment or defamation.

4. Enforcement

We leverage AI-assisted pre-checks paired with human moderation. In case of suspected violations, the file is temporarily held for human inspection.

5. File Confidentiality & Privacy

• Files remain securely stored in your private Google Drive folder and are permanently deleted whenever you request.
• Processing occurs on our dedicated internal infrastructure without exporting your data to train external third-party AI models.

6. Revisions & Corrections

Technical defects (unrendered subtitles, desynced audio, unreadable PDFs) are fixed immediately at zero charge. Subjective adjustments are handled constructively by our team.
